Our first school is Dongguk University!!🐘

This school is located in Jung-gu, Seoul, which is the center of Seoul City 🫢

Dogguk Univ. was established in 1906 with its first name '명진학교(Myeongjin School)' ⭐

As you can guess from the established year, this is very historical school in that an independence activist, 만해 한용운(Manhae, Han Yongwoon) was the first graduate who was also engaged in March 1st movement as a leader! 👏🏻👏🏻

As you can see, this school is Buddhism sponsored school 🧘🏻

Depaements of Buddhism and Buddhism Art is ONE AND ONLY and specially established in the school 🪷

The symbol of Dongguk is white elephants, which is a symbol of India Buddhism 🐘🤍

There's a statue of elephants as well and every may you can enjoy the landscape where whole school is colorfully decorated with Buddhism lamps 🎊🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🟣🎊

What's interesting is that there's a temple inside whose name is 'Jeonggakwon' and some lessons

Since the school is located right under the Namsan, there's a path way that is connected to Namsan Walk-way 🌄

Many people including students take a walk alongside the Namsan when they need to get refreshed👣🏃🏻😇

Also, you can enjoy the N-Seoul Tower from everywhere in the school🗼

As we explained before, it is located in the center of the Seoul!!

You can reach Myeondong, Jong-ro, Euljiro in 10 minutes, which are all popular among foreign visitors with a variety of entertainments 🤘🏻🎶

Also, Chungmu-ro is really nice place to enjoy the foods and drinks since it is right infront of the school 😋

You can feel young energy from dongguk students drinking 100 bottles of soju 🤑🍾🍶🍺🍣🍖🥓

There are a lot of Artists from Dongguk as well 🎶

Since there's a department of Acting in the school, a lot of actors have been dreaming being a super stars based on Chungmuro, a stage of filming industry once and now that dream has accomplished⭐⭐

Young-K, a member of band DAY6 is from Dongguk as well, and he has visited the school several times for the school festival 🦊🎆🎵🎸
